We know a boudoir session is not something most people have done often, and understandability you will have questions. Here are a few of the most common questions you may have. We are also available to answer any other questions you may have.
-
We completely understand that you might be nervous about the photoshoot. The anticipation of being in front of the camera for such an intimate experience isn't something most of us do very often, but please know we will do everything we can to make you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Most of our clients are nervous when they first walk in, but a few photos into their session and they become very confident with themselves and completely comfortable in whatever they are wearing in front of the camera.

We have you covered. We will help you with all the posing throughout your session. Prior to your session, we will get together and show you posing ideas, and this gives you an opportunity to share ideas with us that you have as well.
-
Some of the best items to bring are the ones you already have. Break out some old favorites that have been sitting in your closet, just waiting for the perfect occasion. Whether it’s your partner’s favorite jersey, a button-up shirt, or a simple sheet, this shoot is about YOU! That means whatever makes you feel sexy and confident in your skin. Choose the best boudoir outfits for your figure. Plan your boudoir outfits around your comfort level and don't wait till the night before to start trying to bring it all together.
-
We highly recommend you do not have a spray tan done before your session. At times a spray tan can streak and make your skin tone uneven, and also, leave your skin looking orange.
-
At this point in time, we do not have someone to do hair and make-up on site.
-
At the time of your session, the only people that will be in the studio, will be you and your photographers (Katie and Stephen).
-
No, not unless you have given us permission with a model release. Boudoir is very intimate and personal, so this decision is yours to make. Of course, we always want you to be comfortable with sharing your images, and by sharing them, you can inspire other women to have a self-love and confidence-boosting boudoir experience of their own.
-
We do use Lightroom and Photoshop. We will do color corrections and remove skin blemishes (acne, bruises, and cuts and scratches). If it is something that is not permanent, we can remove it. We do not do body modifications. These are photos of you and that is what we are going to keep them as. 100% you.
-
We do offer prints and albums with certain of our Boudoir Experience packages. After you pick out your images, we will work with you to design your album.
-
You can bring a friend for moral support, but your partner or significant other are not allowed during the session. The only person you should invite is your biggest cheerleader - if they're not excited for you, they can stay home!
-
You will have your fully edited photos delivered to you between 2 to 4 weeks after you have picked your favorite images.
-
We do offer a small selection of clothing that you can use during your session. We really encourage you to bring outfits that you really love and that fit your body. This is an experience about you and feeling great in what you are wearing.

Our studio is an in-home studio located just out of Springfield Missouri in Ozark. We have remodeled the whole lower level of our house into our studio. Even though our studio is located at our home, it is separated from the main portion of the house.
Feel free to email us any questions you may have.
We are here for you.
